Ghost Ship Quest
contents
How do you get in that boat?
You have to collect all of the Triforce Charts to beat the game and one is in the Ghost Ship so this is a must to beat the game. Check out my walkthrough below! († image) "One ill-fated day, misfortune befell me and my boat was destroyed. Clinging to the wreckage, I drifted at the whims of the waves... That's when I saw this monstrosity. This foul ship, veiled in mist and fading in and out of sight like something of another world... Yes, my young sir... 'Tis none other than the Ghost Ship!" —Lenzo |
Step 1
After beating the Wind Temple you can proceed with this miniquest. Head to Diamond Steppe Island. Use your Hookshot to grab onto a palm tree and get on the island. Work your way up the island until you get to the top and you'll see a cave that you can jump into. As you can see here you cannot just walk onto the island like you can so many others in this game. Step 2
Get through the maze! Use the Warp Pots that I have called out at GREEN in the order that I have them listed to get to the Ghost Ship Map. NOTE* I have used these colors on these Warp Pots for this map. In the actual maze ALL warp pots are PURPLE. Step 3 Get the map and leave through the Warp Pot #5. |
Step 4
To the ship! Open your new Ghost Ship Map at night. This strange, paranormal ship sails under the night sky in a different quadrant of the Great Sea each night according the lunar cycle. Decipher which quadrant the ship is in using the map. With the map in your possession you can now enter the ship, just sail right into it. |
Step 5
Beat the baddies! Two Poes and a Wizzrobe who can summon Stalfos and ReDeads attack you as soon as you enter the central room. Once you eliminates all the enemies aboard the ship, a Treasure Chest containing the Triforce Chart appears. Once you claim the chart, a demonic screaming voice sounds throughout the ship. The screen fades and you awaken aboard the King of the Red Lions. Now that the curse is broken you won't be seeing the Ghost Ship anymore. († image) |
